cars are dangerous and when teen-agers drive they should not be distracted or sing 'sweet child of mine' like in the step brothers movie or they could get hit by cars and break femurs so firemen need to rescue them and doctors need to fix all the broken bones... sometimes it takes a few months for everything to be ok and parents stress out and try to have faith that everything will be ok.
this is a very different looking image 16 years after some crazy religious fanatics hijacked airplanes and flew them into buildings just to create terror in america. it took that long to clear the area and rebuild another structure in the same location in addition to a memorial to the 3,000 people who died from that days events. the terror organization never thought we would find them and bring justice to their caves and hidden compounds but the us military, fbi and cia eventually did find the leaders and end the possibility of other threats from them.
